Administration Ministry

      The Administration Ministry oversees salaried staff of FHPC, conducts annual performance and compensation reviews, and establishes policies for hiring, dismissal, retirement and other aspects of personnel management, in conjunction with the Pastor and relevant Presbytery and PCUSA bodies.  The Ministry is responsible, in accordance with G-9.0407 of the Book of Order, for independent annual reviews of other Ministries’ goals and objectives based on reports and plans submitted by those Ministries.  The annual evaluation panel is chaired by the Administration Ministry and includes representatives of each Ministry as well as the Pastor.  The Session uses this evaluation to compose an Annual Review to be communicated to the Congregation on how the church has progressed in its mission and strategy.  The Administration Ministry also develops, maintains, and updates a chronological record of Church policies.
