Property Ministry

The Property Ministry plans and provides oversight for the care and maintenance of the physical facilities and grounds of the church and for improvements to these resources. The Ministry monitors the condition of various church systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and plans and proposes strategies for upkeep and replacement. The Ministry develops policies for facility and church bus use by church and community groups, which are administered by the FHPC office staff.
